Hi, I’m Vicki, and I believe life over 60 is just getting started!
My journey into brain health and vibrant living began in 2015 when I became an educator for the Ageless Grace Brain Health Fitness program.
It was my mother’s experience with dementia that inspired me to learn everything I could about preventing cognitive decline and staying sharp as we age. Since then, I’ve spent years helping women over 60 rediscover the joy of feeling energized, confident, and alive.
Through my programs, I combine brain health exercises, essential oils, and simple daily mindfulness practices to help you feel your absolute best. One of my favorite tools? NingXia Red—a natural way to boost energy and support your brain. It’s perfect for women who want to keep up with their grandkids, dance a little longer, and make the most of every day.
